Sozopol town is located 30 km south of Burgas on the southern Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. Today the town is mostly a beach resort known for the Apollonia art and film festival named after one of Sozopol's ancient names.

Reserving Apartments at Sophia Gardens:
Clients may reserve specific apartments, meaning the developers will take it off the market for up to four weeks. The cost of the Reservation is EUR 1500, which is deducted from the purchase price. The reservation fee is non-refundable if you decide against buying.
