Location
This nice off-plan residential building is situated in the coastal town of Primorsko, 30 miles to the south of Bourgas and 13 miles south from Sozopol. Primorsko is situated at the frontier of the largest National Reserve Park in Bulgaria called ‘Strandzha’. The area enjoys wonderful semi-Mediterranean climate and offers plenty of different attractions compared to the northern sea resorts, such as: horse riding and boar hunting in Stradzha, scuba diving, all kinds of water & sea sports, etc.
The area is very nice and beautiful and has received recognition even from the ancient Thracians who have built an astounding stone sanctuary just 2 miles to the north from Primorsko!
The Development
The residential complex is sitiates 200 meters away from the beach and 500 meters away from the center of the resort. It features 23 apartments spread on five residential floors. There are 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments available, all part or fully furnished. There are 12 parking lots available and a 24-hour security. There are also 6 shops in the building and all services needed within 3 minutes walk.
