Pamporovo is a purpose-built modern ski resort located in the south eastern Rhodope Mountain Range near to the Greek border. It is the sunniest and most southern mountain ski resort in Bulgaria with a skiing season running from mid-December to mid-April with an average of 120 sunny days. The climate, which is generally mild, ensures good snow cover. The complex is located in the center of Pamporovo only 100 meters from the main ski center of the resort. The complex has an underground garage, parking lots, restaurant, tavern, night club, SPA center with an indoor swimming pool, lobby bar, shopping center, two conference halls, 62 hotel rooms and 94 studios, 90 one bedroom apartments, 6 two bedroom apartments, 3 president apartments, 4 maisonettes with 1 bedroom and 2 maisonettes with 2 bedrooms. The apartment owners will be offered the services of security, maintenance and cleaning staff throughout the year. Upon transfer of possession of the Studio/Apartment, the customer will enter into a separate agreement for follow-up servicing of the facility, with the seller or with a person appointed by the seller including: ensuring 24 hour security, Technician for general maintenance of the building, Elevator maintenance, Garden keeper, Cleaner, Consumptions (electricity, water expenses, etc.), related to the common parts of the building for payment of a service fee.
