Description
This off-plan holiday complex will be situated in the area Raikovski Livadi in Pamporovo ski resort. The resort is at 1,700 m altitude and at 85 km from the city of Plovdiv-Bulgaria . The building is at 800 m from the existing ski lift - the existing lift station Studenets and in immediate proximity with the future modern sports and tourist centre Perelik that is to start construction soon. The distance to the nearest airport in Plovdiv is one hour only.
The building is designed as a residential complex with 55 spacious apartments from 55 to 140 sq. m with one or two bedrooms. All of them have a southern or southeastern exposure and a wonderful view to the valley of Smolian city. The ground floor of the complex has a lot of public facilities for services:
