Finishing :
The residential building structure is built of reinforced concrete and Ytong bricks. The outer walls of the buildings are insulated with 5 cm thermo insulation; on top of it there is silicone stucco. The inner walls are covered by plasterboard covering/insulation. Fire-alarm detectors will be installed.

Payments scheme:
Option 1:
A) 1000 Euros reservation fee – in the moment of reservation;
B) 30 % of the sale price – upon signing of a preliminary sale agreement, within one calendar month from the payment of the reservation fee.
C) 40 % of the sale price – within 3 months form the payment of the deposit. (A)
D) 30 % - the rest of the price – within three months from the payment of the second installment (C) , at the transfer of ownership;
Option 2:
A) 1000 Euros reservation fee – in the moment of reservation;
B) 30 % of the sale price – upon signing of a preliminary sale agreement, within one calendar month from the payment of the reservation fee.
C) the remaining 70% can be paid in as many installments as the buyer prefers, within 1 calendar year from the deposit (A);
Completion of the complex: end of 2008.
