Description
LOCATION: Chepelare is located in the beautiful Rhodope Mountains in the southern part of Bulgaria.
It is located 1200 meters above sea level, 230 kilometers from the Bulgarian capital - Sofia, 80 kilometers from the town of Plovdiv and 10 kilometers south of the world-famous winter resort Pamporovo.
During the winter, Chepelare provides some of the best skiing conditions in Bulgaria, while in the summer time, it is a cool and peaceful place, perfect for resting, taking walks, mountain biking and village tourism.
For people who like exciting emotions, the mountains offer the unique opportunity of rock climbing - risky and energetic experience one can never forget. The subjugation of the hard-accessible rocks will bring unique feelings and will make one feel wonderful!
There are two Alpine ski tracks, Mechi chal 1 and Mechi chal 2 - both of them among the best ones in Europe - just 1 km away from the town.
Mechi Chal is a peak located near Chepelare. It offers perfect skiing conditions from December to April depending on the snow cover.
One can reach the peak, 1873 meters high, via a two-seat ski lift, 2471 meters long. The trip takes 17 minutes and the capacity of the lift is 700 people per hour.
There are a few small rope-lines as well. The total length of the ski tracks is 11 400 meters and the three main tracks are:
• Mechi chal 1 for alpine ski discipline is 3150 meters long, 50 meters wide and has 720 meters displacement. The ski track is homologized and international ski races - alpine skiing - as well as snowboard races can take place there.
• Mechi chal 2 - tourist ski track - is 5250 meters long, 25 meters wide and has 720 meters displacement.
• Cross country ski track, 3000 meters long, 1282 meters above sea level.
This beautiful complex is situated in the center of Rhodope Mountain - the town Chepelare.
It is six-storey building, which consists of two sections.
The complex offers 48 apartments and studios from 78.25 m2 to 90.33 m2.
The complex are supplied with ski-storage, external barbeque, luxurious elevator
and parking lot.
For your comfort and safety in most apartments are builded fire-places and security systems.
The apartments are built and have finished state:
• equipment - phone, TV, protective installation;
• emergency current generator for the complex;
• heating - electrical economized radiators;
• Hydro and thermal insulation and sound proofing;
• rooms - walls and ceilings: plasterboard and latex; floor: laminar parquet,
terracotta and grease;
• bathrooms and WC - full appointed;
• kitchen - full appointed;
• woodwork - outer: PVC glass pack; inner: MDF doors;
• frontage - integrating thermal insulation system, weather-proof mineral plaster.
Section A is full completed.
Section B will be completed in November 2007.
There is a possibility for furnishing contract and contract for managing.
