Second floor consists of four bedrooms each with its own bathroom and fitted wardrobe, an entrance-hall. The house is completed as follows: - Flooring: granitogres tiles /color by choice/ - Walls and ceiling: latex - Joinery work: PVC /colored/ - Outer isolation and outer facing: mineral plaster. Terms of Payment:

Deposit – 1500 euro plus 10% for reserving the plot.

1st.payment - 30% of the project plus price of the plot. This includes: 1.Developing of the infrastructure: connecting water and electricity supply. 2.Project fees (payable to architects), changing the type of usage of the land (the land is agricultural type), planning permission issue, etc. Therefore this 30% will cover all necessary application documents. Time for completion of the first stage: 3-4 months.

2nd.payment - 30% of the project: payable at the very beginning of the construction work.

3th.payment - 30% of the project: payable at the finishing of the rough stage or putting the roof.

4th.payment - 10% at receiving the key.



PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PRICE OF THE PLOT



The time for construction work is 12 months but it may vary according to the area for construction and season for starting.
