When we established our company in 2003 we only had one idea in our heads, one dream in our hearts and a lot of energy and enthusiasm, of course. We wanted to put on market real estate properties and services which could attract more and more people to Bulgaria. The road was long but we also had thirteen years of experience in real estate business behind our backs and we managed to cover it all and here we stand today in front of you with dozens of clients from all parts of the world who have made their dreams come true in various nooks of our gorgeous country.
OUR HISTORY AND PERSPECTIVE
KIMO Properties was founded in 2003 in Sveti Vlas Bulgaria.
KIMO Properties is a Bulgarian company operating in the sphere of real estate business, tourism and related services. Since 2005 we are also operating in the sphere of architecture and building following our strive to be more useful to our clients in the pursuit of their dreams and today we enjoy a number of successfully completed projects. Besides, we can proudly state that despite our rapid development we have managed to keep our initial goals – undisputed customer care, quality service and competent advice.
